The steps of the ordering process are as follows.
You will need an account with a user name and password, to begin ordering. To set up your account, you must access one of the Registration pages. You will find this link in the navigation bar at the top of all pages.
Once you have submitted your personal information to us, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password (a delay must be considered).
Once you have received your username and password, you can now go to the Sign In page. Fill in the information that was provided to you, and then connect.. You will be asked to change your password once you are logged in.
Now you are ready to shop online. You can search and find products from our catalogue as well as begin filling the shopping cart with your product selections.
Once you are satisfied with your selection of products, you can then click on the Checkout button found on the Shopping Cart web page.
Then you will need to provide your shipping information and submit the order.
Once you have completed your order, you will be receiving an email confirmation followed by another e-mail indicating our internal order number as a reference. That number can be use for tracking purchase in the “Order Status” section.
