Lutron Pico Smart Remotes are a convenient way to provide wireless control for devices within Lutron Residential systems such as: Caseta Wireless, RA 2 Select, RadioRA 3 and HomeWorks; as well as Commercial systems like Lutron’s Vive Wireless. This 4-Button Scene Keypad Pico remote can turn on lights and open shades to 3 customizable scene levels or off from anywhere in the room. When activated into a system, each button on this Pico remote can be individually programmed with specific lights and shades (Lutron app or programming software required). Add an additional point of control wirelessly, without needing a hub or password, for maximum convenience; unlock additional benefits by pairing to a Lutron system. These smart remotes are battery operated (CR2032 included) and typically have a 10-year battery life. Pico smart remotes look and feel just like a regular switch – add it to any room without cutting holes or pulling wire in the wall to install. Create a wireless 3-way application by mounting on the wall with a Pico wall mount bracket (PICO-WBX-ADAPT, sold separately), attaching to a pedestal (L-PED1-WH, sold separately), or control it from the palm of your hand for maximum convenience. You can also use this smart remote control to turn on the lights from the safety of your car as you arrive home (PICO-CARVISOR-CL). Pico remotes utilize Lutron’s proprietary and highly reliable Clear Connect: Type A RF Technology which provide control of blinds, curtains, or lighting devices within a range of 30 ft (9 m) through walls and 60 ft (18 m) direct line-of-sight.
