We are pleased to present our latest solution to our customers: 24/7 order pick up lockers. By simply calling a branch or placing an order online using your trade account, you can pick up from a Nedco location any time of day! No more wasted billable hours waiting in line or on hold to reach your local branch to arrange pick up, your order will be waiting in your locker when you get there, on your schedule.

How to place an order online using this service?

To place an order to be picked up in a locker on our website, click the “Pick up in Locker” found in the Shipping Details section of the checkout page. Please complete the form and provide your first name, last name and mobile phone number in order for us to contact you when your order is ready for pick up. When your order is ready, you will receive a text message notifying you of which locker your order is in. You will also be asked to verify that you have downloaded and installed the Noke Pro app on your smart phone before picking up your order. Please note that if your order is not eligible for locker pickup, our branch team will contact you to let you know.
